IMPLICIT CRAFT — CHARITY EVENT & INITIATIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope & Relationship to Main Terms

These Specialized Charity Event Terms and Conditions ("Charity Terms") govern your access, registration, donation, and participation in any charity tournament, designated game day, or social project initiative hosted by Implicit Craft ("we", "us", or "our"). These Charity Terms complement our primary Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By participating in any designated Sontaj charity activity, you explicitly agree to these rules. 

2. Our Social Commitments & Donation Models

Implicit Craft is dedicated to supporting diverse registered charities, the special needs community, and developmental social projects across Jamaica. We deploy three distinct fundraising mechanisms at our sole discretion:

• 2.1 Scheduled Percentage-of-Profit Tournaments: For specific Sontaj competitions designated in advance as charity events, Implicit Craft will donate between 15% to 20% of the net profit generated from player entry fees and digital/physical tournament merchandise directly to the designated cause(s). 
• 2.2 Direct Competitor Matching & Contributions: Competitors may have the option to make voluntary, direct charitable donations through our checkout portal. 100% of these competitor-initiated funds are pooled and transferred entirely to the designated charity or charities. 
• 2.3 Pop-Up "Charity Days" (Flash Initiatives): Implicit Craft reserves the right to announce on any given day that the Sontaj platform competition for that day will go in aid of a specific charity. For these flash initiatives, 100% of the platform revenue generated during that designated 24-hour period will be donated to the promoted charity. 

3. Allocation and Transparency

• Selection Discretion: Implicit Craft retains total independence and final discretion over which Jamaican foundations, schools, or social projects are selected as beneficiaries. 
• Audit Records: We maintain strict historical financial records of all charity games to verify the calculations of revenues, profits, and distributions. Transparency statements summarizing total funds raised may be posted publicly on the Site following the close of an initiative.

4. Participant Conduct & Disqualification

Because these events are designed to uplift communities across Jamaica, we enforce zero tolerance for bad sportsmanship:

• Competitors must strictly observe and abide by all competitive fairness rules. 
• Any player found cheating, using bot software, manipulating puzzle solutions, or exploiting glitches during a charity event will be immediately disqualified. Their entry fees and any potential prize claims will be forfeited and directed wholly into the charity pool.

5. Media License & Public Archives

In alignment with our primary Terms, Implicit Craft reserves the unrestricted right to broadcast, print, display, or stream the usernames, high scores, puzzle completion times, and submitted media files of all participants involved in our charity initiatives. These records are held as an inspirational public and historical archive of community giving.

6. Modifications to Charity Events

Implicit Craft reserves the right to cancel, extend, or alter the terms of any active charity drive or flash day without prior notice if technical failures, operational constraints, or forces beyond our control threaten the integrity of the platform or the security of the funds raised
